Ignore unwanted reality and a wanted reality replaces it
What you’re talking about is you can point your mind, if you mean to, and you can ignore reality for a little while if you mean to. But then reality comes back and sort of demands your attention. And sometimes where it is, is not that pleasing of a place.
And it’s hard to hear sometimes, it’s hard to believe that it’s a good idea that you could ignore unwanted reality enough and that it would replace itself with wanted reality.
But it really does work that way.
